Yes, you can definitely keep the balloons after your event! At Creations By Paulina, we take pride in using high-quality balloons that can last for days after your party. Please note that prop rentals and stands cannot be kept. Please note that if you choose to have us dispose of the balloons, we will take care of the work for you.

At Creations By Paulina, we understand that situations may arise that require the cancellation of an event. We strive to be flexible with our clients, but we must adhere to our cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within 30 days of your event, your deposit will not be refunded. However, if you cancel your booking with more than 30 days' notice, we will refund your deposit. Please note, any cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged the full amount.

Yes, set-up and teardown are both included in the price of your party decor package with Creations By Paulina. Our team will arrive at the venue in advance to set up your chosen decorations, ensuring everything is in place and looking perfect before your guests arrive. After the party is over, we will come back and break down the decorations so you can enjoy your celebration without worrying about cleanup. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and easy for you as possible, so you can spend more time enjoying your special occasion.

Yes, at Creations By Paulina, we offer custom balloon colors for your party needs. We double stuff the balloons to create your desired color, ensuring that your party is unique and tailored to your preferences. Please keep in mind that double stuffed balloons cost extra due the extra labour and materials.

Yes, there is a delivery fee. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance between our studio and your event location. The current rate is $0.80/km.
